These application's are in Microsoft Word format.

1. When you click on one of the below links, a dialog box will appear, click on "Open".

2. Once the document opens click anywhere in the document.

3. Then press the control key (ctrl) and the "A" key at the same time, you will be selecting the entire document.

4. Then press the control key (ctrl) and the "C" key at the same time, you will be copying the entire document.

5. Then open your e-mail program and create a new new e-mail, like you are going to send an e-mail.

6. When the new e-mail message opens, click where the text of the e-mail would go
Then press the control key (ctrl) and the "V" key at the same time, you will be pasting everything you copied from the application into the new e-mail.

7. Once you have pasted everything from the application into the e-mail message, you can then begin filling out the application.

8. Once you have the application completed, make sure you keep a copy for your records.

9. You want to send the completed application to Pap911Adoptions@yahoogroups.com so that is what goes in the "TO" field of the e-mail message.

10. In the "Subject" field enter the name of the application, (eg..Adoption Application, Foster Application, ect.)
